EN4M – stall volunteer

The volunteer/s would be working with the Environment Network for Manchester (EN4M) Coordinator. EN4M provides the network function for groups and organisations working to improve the environment of Manchester. EN4M helps link groups together and supports their work with a variety of services such as events and a newsletter.

An interest in environmental issues is an advantage to this position, but expertise is not necessary as MERCi will provide all of the necessary information. This is a unique opportunity for help with networking within the environmental sector of Manchester.

Main Purpose

To assist the EN4M team at events by sharing information between different environmental groups and to raise awareness of environmental issues to the general public.

Main Tasks

To work as part of a team to run stalls at approximately one event per fortnight.

The post will be based at Bridge 5 Mill in Manchester with travel to events and reasonable travel expenses will be paid.
