Bridge 5 Mill – Volunteer Gardener
We are currently looking for a volunteer to maintain the gardens at MERCi's home, Bridge 5 Mill in Ancoats. In addition to MERCi, Bridge 5 Mill is also home to a range of charities, campaign groups and green businesses. The mill is one of Manchester greenest buildings and provides a focal point for debate and action around sustainable living.
The garden at the front of the mill is cultivated on permaculture principles and has a variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers. The garden is currently maintained by MERCi staff with help from our tenants, but we are in search of a green fingered enthusiast to take over this project
