Bridge 5 Mill currently has two vacant offices: one is 137 sq ft and suitable for one or two people sharing, the other is 206 sq ft and suitable for up to four people. We can also offer hot desking or shared office options, with additional spaces expected to be available soon.

Bridge 5 Mill is Manchester's first and only sustainably refurbished building. Other tenants have described us as a “Brilliant space” with “Very friendly staff”.

Perks include reduced hire rates for meetings and conference space, being part of a wider tenants network, a serviced building, shared photocopying, a brilliant sustainable building, kitchen facilities, mobile greengrocer and a tuck shop with fruit and fairly traded organic refreshments.
