Bridge-5 Mill is unique as a conference venue, seeped in history and an example of environmental best practice, it has several areas available for hire.
The versatile top floor conference space, with a capacity of 100, has sunlight streaming generously through the skylights and large, open side windows. The ceiling is high oak beamed, and the interior walls the cosy red brick of Manchester . Handcrafted circular formed recycled furniture and an energy saving light bulb sculpture blend into the warm and embracing feel of the space.
The Resource area [description ] accomodates up tp 50 people, whilst a smaller meeting room is available for groups of up to 15.
Friendly, courteous and efficient staff, with a special hospitality worker to help you plan your event, will see that your requirements are met. MERCi will also provide for your event any technical requirements in terms of overheads, data projectors, and laptops, all free of charge!

Conference Space holds up to 100 people.
Resource Area holds up to 50 people.
Meeting Room holds up to 15 people.
Bridge-5 Mill charges at an hourly rate dependant on the group's status. Commercial enterprises are charged a higher rate than statutory bodies or voluntary sector groups:
Charges for weekdays 9am - 5.30pm:
Commercial rate: £20 per hour.
Statutory Body rate: £15 per hour.
Funded Voluntary Group rate: £7 per hour.
Un-funded Voluntary Group rate: Free or donation*
(*If we are offering a room for free then we ask for a refundable deposit of £50. )
Charges for weekdays after 5.30pm and weekends:
Commercial rate: £30 per hour.
Statutory Body rate: £20 per hour.
Funded Voluntary Group rate: £12 per hour.
Un-funded Voluntary Group rate: £5 per hour.
